Reduce or discontinue use if sleeplessness, tremors, dizziness, nervousness, headaches or heart palpitations occur. Do not consume for at least two weeks prior to surgery. Improper use of this product will not improve results and is potentially hazardous to a person’s health. Do not take within 4 hours of bedtime. Drink at least ten 8 ounce glasses of water per day. Read warnings and only use as directed. Keep out of reach of children. Focus Pep can have stimulant side effects such as increased blood pressure, nausea, jitteriness, and a lack of sleep if taken after midday.
