Trandolapril - Indications, Dosage, Side Effects and Precautions

•Caution should be exercised in patients with history of kidney disease, liver disease, high blood levels of potassium, heart problems, severe dehydration ,diabetes, strokes, autoimmune diseases, pregnancy and breastfeedi‍‍‍‍‍‍​​​‍​​​​​​ng. • Drink adequate fluids to prevent from becoming dehydrated. • It may cause dizziness, lightheadedness, or fainting; alcohol, hot weather, exercise, or fever may increase these effects. Get up slowly from bed. • It may lead to development of a serious adverse effect in which the patient experiences rapid swelling of the hands, face, lips, eyes, throat, or tongue; difficulty swallowing or breathing; or unusual hoarseness.
