4 CONTRAINDICATIONS APTIVUS is contraindicated in patients with moderate or severe (Child-Pugh Class B or C, respectively) hepatic impairment [ see Warnings and Precautions (5.2) ]. Storage APTIVUS capsules should be stored in a refrigerator 2°C-8°C (36°F-46°F) prior to opening the bottle.‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ After opening the bottle, the capsules may be stored at 20°C-25°C (68°F-77°F); excursions permitted to 15°C-30°C (59°F-86°F ) [see USP Controlled Room Temperature] and must be used within 60 days after first opening of the bottle.
