Cabazitaxel - Indications, Dosage, Side Effects and Precautions

• Caution should be exercised in patients with history of bone marrow depression, poor immunity, decrease in white blood cells, dehydration, kidney or liver disease, infection, stomach problem, any allergy, who are taking other medications, elderly, children, during preg‍​‍‍‍​‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍​‍nancy and breastfeeding. • It may cause dizziness, do not drive a car or operate machinery while taking this medication. • Avoid contact with people who have infections. • It may reduce platelet counts; avoid injury or bruising. • Patient may develop with increased risk of kidney damage with the following symptoms: decreased amount of urine, swelling of the face or body. If it is so consult with your doctor. • Avoid live vaccination during the treatment period. • Monitor complete blood counts regularly while taking this medication.
