Severe allergic reactions - Rash, hives, itching, swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue. Nasal Spray - Headache, Viral infection, inflammation of pharynx, cough, upper respiratory tract infection, painful menstruation, vomiting, sinusitis.
