Caution needed for patients with history of high blood pressure, bleeding prob‍​‍‍‍​‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍​‍lems, chest pain, a heart attack, kidney disease other than kidney cancer, or heart or liver disease. • It could cause birth defects, hence both males and females are advised to use contraception while on this medication. It may reduce the number of clot-forming cells (platelets), avoid situations in which bruising or injury may occur.
