• Caution should be exercised in patients with history of bone marrow depression, decrease in complete blood count, heart, kidney, or liver problem, abnormal blood electrolyte level, lactose intolerance, any allergy, who are taking other medications, during pregnanc‍‍‍‍‍‍​​​‍​​​​​​y and breastfeeding. • It may cause dizziness, do not drive a car or operate machinery while taking this medication. • It may reduce platelet counts; avoid injury or bruising. • Avoid contact with people who have infections. • Avoid live vaccination during the treatment period. • It may lead to dehydration; drink plenty of water or fluid to avoid this problem. • Monitor ECG, liver function, pancreas function, blood cholesterol, blood electrolyte levels, and complete blood cell counts regularly while taking this medication.
