•Caution should be exercised in patients with history of liver or kidney disease, pyloric stenosis(obstruction at lower end of stomach), urinary retention, prostatic hyper﻿‍​‍‍‍​‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍​‍﻿plasia, psychosis, seizure disorders, ulcerative colitis, coronary artery disease, fast heart rhythm, heart failure, high blood pressure , elderly, children, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
