Does BUSCOPAN 10MG Coated tablet interact with other medications?

Buscopan may enhance the anticholinergic effects of drugs such as tri- and tetracyclic antidepressants, antihistamines, antipsychotics, quinidine, amantadine, and disopyramide, as well as other anticholinergics (e.g. tiotropium, ipratropium, atropine-like compounds). Concomitant administration of dopamine antagonists, e.g. metoclopramide, may result in a reduction in the effects of both drugs on the gastrointestinal tract. Buscopan may enhance the tachycardic effect of beta-sympathomimetics.
