• Caution should be exercised in patients with history of heart disease, cancer, stroke, blood clot or seizures, blood disorders, during pregnancy and breastfeeding. • Patient may experience increased risk of death, myocardial infarction, stroke, venous thromboembolism, thrombosis of vascular access and tumor progression. Before taking this medication, discuss with your healthcare provider. • Patient may develop with serious heart problems such as heart attack, stroke, and heart failure; if it is so contact your healthcare provider immediately. ♦ Patient may develop with increased risk of Serotonin Syndrome with the following symptoms: restlessness, diarrhea, fast heart beat, incoordination, nausea, vomiting. If it is so consult with your healthcare provider.
