By accessing and using PillsCard.com ("PillsCard", "the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
PillsCard is a drug information encyclopedia. All information is sourced from official government registries (EMA, URPL, openFDA) and is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
PillsCard is NOT a medical service. The information provided does NOT constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any medical decisions.
Drug information on PillsCard, including descriptions, dosages, side effects, interactions, and contraindications, is sourced from official registries and presented as-is for informational purposes.
You should NOT use PillsCard as a substitute for professional medical advice. Do NOT start, stop, or change the dosage of any medication based solely on information from PillsCard.
In case of a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
While we strive for accuracy, drug data may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors. Drug availability, pricing, and legal status vary by country and change over time.
PillsCard does not guarantee that information is current, complete, or applicable to your specific situation or jurisdiction.
You may create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. PillsCard is not liable for unauthorized access to your account.
You agree not to: scrape or systematically download content, reverse engineer the service, use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the service's operation.
Drug data from official registries is public domain. PillsCard's original content (design, translations, editorial content, code) is protected by copyright.
You may share links to PillsCard pages. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from PillsCard's proprietary content without permission.
PillsCard may contain affiliate links to licensed pharmacies. We earn a commission on purchases made through these links. This does not affect the price you pay.
We only link to licensed, verified pharmacies. However, PillsCard is not responsible for products or services provided by third-party pharmacies.
PillsCard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PillsCard shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages arising from reliance on drug information provided by the Service.
Per Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, EU/EEA consumers entering into a paid distance contract with PillsCard (e.g., B2B subscription purchased as a non-business consumer) have a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reason and without incurring any costs.
A standard withdrawal form template is available on request at partners@pillscard.com.
Free services (drug encyclopedia, pharmacy directory, etc.) do not establish a paid consumer contract — withdrawal does not apply.
Complaints about the service may be sent to partners@pillscard.com. Each complaint should include: (a) account email or IP, (b) description of the issue, (c) date and time, (d) requested resolution.
We will respond to complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt. Failure to respond within 14 days constitutes acceptance of the complaint.
EU consumers may also use the EU ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
We may update these Terms for material reasons (legal changes, new features, security). Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
For registered users: notice of material changes will be sent by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland and applicable EU law. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of habitual residence still apply.
Disputes with consumers are resolved by the competent court under civil procedure rules (typically the consumer's place of residence). Disputes with businesses are resolved by the court competent for PillsCard's registered office.
