Dry Vitamin A 10,000 IU by Country Life is a dietary supplement in the vitamin category. Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin that is an essential nutrient. The term "vitamin A" encompasses a group of chemically related organic compounds that includes retinol, retinyl esters, and several provitamin (precursor) carotenoids, most notably β-carotene (beta-carotene). Vitamin A has multiple functions: growth during embryo development, maintaining the immune system, and healthy vision.

If any adverse reactions occur, stop taking the product and consult your doctor. Pregnant women and women of childbearing age, do not exceed 8,000 I.U. of vitamin A per day. Do not accept if seal is broken. Do not exceed recommended dose. Not intended for people under the age of 18. Not recommended for people who regularly consume liver. DO not exceed 10,000 I.U. of vitamin A per day. Purity tested for heavy metals such as mercury.
