Dry Vitamin A 3,000 mcg by Country Life is a dietary supplement in the vitamin category. Vitamin A is a fat-soluble vitamin that is an essential nutrient. The term "vitamin A" encompasses a group of chemically related organic compounds that includes retinol, retinyl esters, and several provitamin (precursor) carotenoids, most notably β-carotene (beta-carotene). Vitamin A has multiple functions: growth during embryo development, maintaining the immune system, and healthy vision.

Do not exceed 3,000 mcg of vitamin A per day. Pregnant women and women of childbearing age, do not exceed 2,400 mcg of vitamin A per day. Do not accept if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children.
