• Caution should be exercised in patients with history of blood disorders, decrease in complete blood cell counts due to bone marrow depression, any allergy, who are taking other medications, during pregnancy and breastfeeding. • ‍‍‍‍‍‍​​​‍​​​​​​ It may cause dizziness, do not drive a car or operate machinery while taking this medication. • It may reduce platelet counts; avoid injury or bruising. • Avoid contact with people who have infections. • Patient may develop with increased the risk of certain blood cancers; consult with your doctor before taking this medication. • Avoid live vaccination during the treatment period. • Monitor complete blood counts regularly while taking this medication.
