• Caution should be exercised in patients with history of gout, who are undergoing chemotherapy or radiation therapy, bone marrow depression, nerve disease, kidney or liver problem, any allergy, who are taking other medi‍‍‍‍‍‍​​​‍​​​​​​cations, elderly, during pregnancy and breastfeeding. • It may cause drowsiness, dizziness, or blurred vision, do not drive a car or operate machinery while taking this medication. • Avoid contact with people who have infections. • It may reduce platelet counts; avoid injury of bruising. • Avoid live vaccination during the treatment period. • It may affect blood sugar level; monitor sugar level regularly while taking this medication.
