16 HOW SUPPLIED/STORAGE AND HANDLING How Supplied WELIREG tablets are supplied as 40 mg blue, oval shaped, film-coated, debossed with “177” on one side and plain‍‍‍‍‍‍‍ on the other side, available in: bottles of 90 tablets with child-resistant closure: NDC 0006-5331-01. The bottle also contains two desiccant canisters. Do not eat. Storage and Handling Store at 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F), excursions permitted between 15°C and 30°C (59°F and 86°F) [see USP Controlled Room Temperature].
