This medication is an antihistamine, prescribed for allergic reactions such as runny nose, sneezing, throat irritation, red, irritated, itchy and tearing eyes.
It blocks histamine action, which reduces allergy symptoms.
⚠️ Warnings
• Caution should be exercised in patients with history asthma, lung disease, urinary retention, enlarged prostate, kidney or liver disease, heart disease, any allergy, who are taking other medications, during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
• It may cause dizziness or drowsiness, do not drive a car or operate machinery while taking this medication.
• Avoid alcohol consumption.
